Shipping & Returns
Our coffee is shipped on weekends. If your order is made on a Monday, you can expect to receive your coffee in about 7-10 business days. For the quickest service, order your coffee on Wednesday or Thursday before the end of the week. At this time all our orders are shipped through USPS, and once your order has been shipped you’ll receive your tracking number.
For those who live on Long Island and would like to pick-up their order, simply select the option “Long Island pick-up," option at the check-out page. We’ll contact you once your coffee is ready for pick-up.
Return & Exchange Policy
We aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges on coffee since it’s a perishable item. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at email@example.com. We’re happy to help you find something you’ll love.
