Ále, named in honor of our youngest son is a specialty island blend from the mountains of Haïti, and Puerto Rico. It's cultivated at an elevation between 1,200 and 1,350 meters above sea-level. This vibrant blend offers smooth notes of chocolate and nuts, with subtle hints of berries–a classic island roast with heart.
For the best cup of Ále brew 1 gram of coffee per 16 mL of water, water temperature between 175-195 °F. Brew for ~3 minutes, and adjust to your taste. Enjoy the smoothness, savor the story. ¡Que Disfrutes! Enjoy!
Shipping Policy
Our coffee is shipped within 1-3 business days from when your order is made. At this time all our orders are shipped through USPS, and once your order has been shipped you’ll receive your tracking number.
For those who live in the Washington DC area, and would like to pick-up their order, simply select the “Washington, DC pick-up," option at the check-out page. We’ll contact you once your coffee is ready for pick-up.
Return & Exchange Policy
We aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges on coffee since it’s a perishable item. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
